Minimap Added, Slide Removed!

Do to some rethinking of the design, the slide has been removed! This decision comes from the simple observation that jumping out of a dash does the same thing but better, so let's just do that.

Also there is now a minimap. Please be patient with it, its doing its best and it takes a second for it to update. It also doesnt appear immediately at the start, sorry. It's not event triggered, it just takes a second.

Also screenshake is a thing now. It tells you when you activate  a pedestal.
